What is cPanel?
It is the world’s most used hosting control panel. From there you create mailboxes, upload files, install WordPress, manage databases and restore backups without technical knowledge.
Can I use my email in Outlook or on iPhone?
Yes, via IMAP, POP3 and SMTP over SSL. cPanel generates automatic setup for Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird. You can also use webmail from any browser.
What happens if I hit the hourly sending limit?
Emails over the limit wait in the queue and go out the next hour; nothing is lost. If you need more regularly, upgrade or ask us for an adjustment.
Will you migrate my site from another provider?
Yes, free up to 10 GB per account. We need access to your old cPanel or FTP and database. We schedule the DNS switch so there is no downtime.
Where are the servers?
In Tier III certified data centres with redundant connectivity and backup power. We tell you your server’s exact location when the account is activated.
