Frequently asked questions
Which plan do I need?
For a simple site with a few mailboxes, Inicia is enough. If your team uses email every day or you run more than one domain, choose Emprende. For online stores or several busy sites, Negocio. You can upgrade anytime and only pay the difference.
What does “emails per hour” mean?
It is the maximum number of emails each domain can send in an hour. It protects the server’s reputation: if someone steals a password, they cannot send thousands of messages. For bulk newsletters we recommend an email marketing service.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We issue a CFDI 4.0 for every payment. Enter your RFC, tax regime and CFDI use when ordering.
Is the domain mine?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and we give you the transfer code whenever you ask, as long as it is active.
What if I am not happy?
Shared hosting comes with a 30-day guarantee. We refund the hosting fee; domain registrations are non-refundable. Details in the terms.
