Acceptable use & resources policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This policy is part of the Terms of service. It ensures every client on a server gets stable service and that our IPs keep a good reputation.
1. Limits per hosting plan

2. General limits

If an account consistently exceeds its plan’s resources, CloudLinux throttles it automatically (the site slows down but others are not affected). If it continues, we will contact you to optimise or change plans.
3. Use of storage
Storage is for the Client’s own websites, applications, databases and email. It may not be used for personal backup storage, bulk file download repositories, live video or audio streaming, or mirroring other sites. For backups, use our backup server.
4. Email
- All outgoing mail goes through MailBaby, which may hold messages identified as spam or malware.
- Only send email to people who asked for it (opt-in) and include a clear unsubscribe option.
- Purchased lists, unsolicited bulk mail and sender spoofing are prohibited.
- If an account is compromised and sends spam, we suspend it immediately, notify you and help you recover it.
5. Prohibited content and activities
- Content illegal in Mexico or in the destination country, including child sexual abuse material, which is reported to authorities.
- Phishing, brand impersonation, fraud, pyramid schemes and high-yield investment programmes (HYIP).
- Malware, viruses, attack scripts, botnets, port scanning or denial-of-service attacks.
- Pirated software, unauthorised distribution of protected works and trademark infringement.
- Cryptocurrency mining, public proxies or VPNs, game servers and IRC on shared hosting.
- Content promoting violence, terrorism or discrimination.
6. Abuse reports
Report abuse to soporte@internetymas.mx with the subject “Abuse”. We respond to intellectual property and authority notices as required by law.
7. Measures
Depending on severity we may: warn and request a fix, limit resources, suspend the service or cancel it without refund. When server security is at risk we act immediately and notify afterwards.
